Directions to the Angel Room Wellness Center from Off Cape: (Sagamore) Take Route 3 South over the Sagamore Bridge following signs for 6E Sagamore Bridge/Hyannis. Get off at exit 1C toward MA 6A/Sagamore. Drive along the canal road (6A) to the Bourne rotary. (Bourne Bridge) At the Bourne Rotary, take the exit MA-28/MacArthur Blvd. Continue on Rt 28 through Otis rotary and look for signs for Rte 151 East heading toward Mashpee. Take 151 all the way to the Mashpee Rotary and take your first right on to Rte 28 again. At first set of lights, take left on to Donnas Lane, turn right into Roche Bros parking lot on Commercial St….drive past Roche Bros….The Angel Room Wellness Center is on the right #29 after the liquor store.
Please allow extra time as the Sagamore Bridge will be under construction. Another option before the bridge is to take the scenic hwy 6 to the Bourne Bridge and follow directions for Falmouth which puts you on Rt 28.
