About Wholistic Health

Wholistic health education supports and compliments the health care community by providing the client with an understanding of how the body, mind and environment play a role in wellness, prevention and disease. The integrated format used distinguishes this model of health education from topic focused education using a format from Hans Selyes theory of adaptation of stress and affects on the wholeness of our well being..
