Inspired Ideas is the product of my spiritual journey. Over the last thirty years, the persistent appearance of precognitive dreams seemed to reflect an inner truth wanting to surface. A type "A" personality, working a hectic job in New York City in my twenties and later running two businesses while raising two small children in my thirties and forties did not allow for a conscious awareness of my intuitive self.

It was not until I left my home of twenty years in New Jersey to move to Cape Cod with my family that I began to connect with something "more". I first became very ill and after a year of serious introspective healing of mind, body and soul, my "Higher Self" appeared and provided insight into what I had chosen for myself in this life time. I like to refer to this experience as a glimpse of my "soul level truth". What was my purpose in life? Why am I here? As I began to sort through the implications of this new life, I new that I had to offer my new found talents to help others do the same.

As an Intuitive Life Coach, I will facilitate for my clients a more expansive connection to their "Authentic Self". I will combine my intuitive gifts with the interpersonal skills gained through many years of business experience to assist clients in accessing a greater awareness of who they are in this life time and teach them how to integrate this knowledge into their daily lives to help them live their happiest life.

Intuitive Life Sessions are designed to assist you with removing blocks, identifying past/present life traumas, embracing transistion, and examining themes and patterns in your life that keep you from connecting to your most authentic self. Prior to the session, I will access your Akashic Records and tap into your souce energy to gain insight into what is relevant for you right now.

In this process the following areas will be examined: concerns/issues that you present to me in advance; relevant attributes, themes & soul growth opportunities; biggest challenge in this life time; your duality; personal life/relationships; the health of your emotional/mental/physical/spiritual bodies; animal totems; past lives; guides/teachers and animal totems.

During our session with your Akashic Records open, I will use a variety of tools and resources to offer you a more expansive view of your soul level truth. Why are you here? What is your purpose in this life time? What lessons are you being asked to learn? I will also provide you with practical tools to use in your daily life to help you become a more joyful, balanced and fulfilled individual.

All sessions are digitally recorded and a written assessment will be provided.

The Wish®

I am excited to say that I am now one of two representatives for The Wish® Team USA. The Wish is an amazing game that is designed to help you create anything you want in your life. Soul Coaching®

The aim of Soul Coaching® is to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life. It's a system that helps to clear away emotional, mental, and physical clutter so you can hear the messages from within. It also helps you discover your soul's purpose so you can design a life that supports that mission. Soul Coaching® is not therapy. Therapy usually focuses on emotional healing. It is also different than life coaching which usually focuses on the attainment of a goal through motivation or inspiration. Soul Coaching® facilitates your ability to live and speak the truth in your heart, spirit and soul. I offer a variety of options under the soul coaching umbrella.

Past Life Journeys

Some individuals feel an incredible affinity for places they've never been to or cultures they've never experienced. Others may have a notable talent in something that is totally unrelated to anyone else in their family. And sometimes in our lives we experience blocks or repeated patterns of behavior that we can't understand, and even work with a therapist may have failed to find the source based on on our current history including childhood experiences. Based on many documented cases by noted psychiatrists and psychotherapists it has been suggested that the answers may not even lie in this lifetime but in a past life that your soul has experienced.

In a Past Life Journey you will be guided into a relaxed meditative state that allows you to connect with a past expression of your soul for the purpose of healing and enhanced knowledge of self. This process may provide keen insight into experiences in your present life that are limiting you and provide opportunity for you to create a shift to move you forward on your path. You will also have the option of "going back in" to the past life scenario and changing outcomes, helping to re-write your "history" and therefore change your beliefs about yourself, for a more positive future!

Soul Journeys

If you could hear a message from your soul, what would it be? A Soul Journey is a one-on-one hour long guided meditation that is designed to facilitate a connection with your inner wisdom or “higher self” for the purpose of gaining clarity or closure on specific issues in your life. You may also connect with a spirit guide or enlightened teacher that will offer divine guidance to further soul growth. In this process you will be gently guided into this safe and sacred space where you will go deep within to discover your soul truths and to gain answers to the questions of your life.You may choose to book an energy healing treatment in combination with the journey to help you go deeper by enhancing your relaxation and releasing mental blocks.

Your Authentic Self Workshops

These experiential workshops are designed to connect individuals to their inner wisdom for the purpose of creating harmony and balance in their lives. Each workshop will be facilitated within the energy of the Akashic Records for the group and a message will be received for the class relating to the topic of the workshop. In this energy particpants will work within their highest possible vibratio. All workshops will include a guided meditation, affirmation & intention for the class, an oracle card message, and an informational handout. Workshop topics include Clutter Clearing, Soul Mission Collage, Energy Zappers/Energy Juicers, Home for the Soul, Attitude of Gratitude, Your Spiritual Allies, Facing the Shadow to name a few.

This 28-Day Soul Coaching Program is divided into four one-week periods. Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements- Air, Water, Fire and Earth. Throughout history, the elements have been associated with natural balance and wholeness. Ancient people knew that within each element were patterns of energy that permeated the universe. From Native Americans to ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Mayans, Aztecs, Persians, Celts, and Hindus, the mysterious panorama of nature has been divided into separate parts that are designated by the four elements. Egyptian sages fervently believed that reflecting upon the four elements provided a profound understanding of life. Using the individual elements to represent conditions of life can allow for a powerful integration to occur in your life. Through guided meditation and daily assignments you will examine ways in which you can de-clutter your life and connect with your soul truth. You will be part of an email support group that allows you to communicate with other participants in the program as well as your soul coach.

An Overview of the 28 Day Program:

Days 1-7- are devoted to the properties of Air and are associated with clearing mental debris.

Days 8-14 are devoted to the properties of Water and are associated with your connecting to your emotional self.

Days 15-21 are devoted to the properties of Fire and are associated with cleari ng the shadows from your spiritual self.

Days 22-28 are devoted to the properties of Earth and are associated with strengthening your physical self.

The program offers 3 levels of participation over the 28 days:

Level One: “Committed to Change” usually requires about 15-30 minutes a day.

Level Two: “Going for It!” and usually takes 30-60 minutes a day and includes level one.

Level Three: “Playing Full Out” includes levels two and three and takes as long as it takes.

You can choose daily which level you feel you have time for and you can also decide if you will be able to participate at all on any given day. Each week you will receive a 7 day packet to include 7 audio clips with guided meditation and instructions for the day as well as 7 PDF files containing all written assignments for each day. You will also take part in a group email program that allows participants to communicate with each other and their soul coach.
